
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step toward understanding yourself and creating positive change. Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a licensed clinician.
My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices while recognizing that no two clients are the same. I draw from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I utilize an integrated approach, blending interventions to provide individualized care rather than a one-size-fits-all experience.
I am committed to ongoing professional growth and am currently pursuing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further expand the services I offer.
