The first session is a starting point for getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, review your goals, and begin exploring how we might work together. You’re welcome to ask questions and take time to decide if this feels like a good fit.

People begin therapy for many reasons—feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or wanting to better understand themselves. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process.

I provide therapy for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Therapy can also support personal growth, self-awareness, and developing effective coping strategies.

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-informed interventions to support meaningful growth, healing, and connection. I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and am currently pursuing additional training in EMDR.
