About Me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker serving adults in West Virginia and Ohio. I offer both in-person and telehealth counseling, with a focus on creating a space that feels supportive, respectful, and grounded in trust.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marshall University. I have been working in the mental health field for 16 years, with the past seven years as a therapist.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety and depression. Throughout my career, I have also worked with individuals in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs and those experiencing chronic mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I bring authenticity, a sense of humor, and a steady, nonjudgmental presence to my work. I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves to support engaging in meaningful change.
I work best with individuals who are ready to engage in the process of growth and self-understanding. Therapy can be a place to build insight, develop new tools, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
